I'm Quan Chau — an independent consultant working with business owners and IT leaders who need plain-English advice on technology decisions.

Most engagements start the same way: a contract is sitting on someone's desk and they aren't sure whether to sign it. The rest of the work — vendor consolidation, cloud-cost reviews, board-level translation — flows from that same instinct: you deserve a second opinion from someone who isn't selling you the thing.
