I'm Quan Chau, and I've spent 20+ years helping enterprises turn messy data and tangled business processes into systems they can actually trust, audit, and grow with.

The deep end of that work was six years at Amazon, on a global data warehouse where every transaction across every marketplace had to be processed accurately and on time. Before and around that: business-process and data-platform engagements at Microsoft, T-Mobile, Costco, Puget Sound Energy, Shell Chemical, ExxonMobil, Premera Blue Cross, and Oakley. ERP rollouts, CRM implementations, distribution-center launches, compliance reporting, customer-data foundations — the unglamorous infrastructure that decides whether a business can scale or stalls.

What I do now is bring that experience to business owners and IT leaders who need senior advice without the agency overhead. Most engagements start the same way: a contract or a vendor proposal is sitting on someone's desk and they want a clear read before they sign.
